Reblogged from FOREVER POETIC:
Smiling radiant like a bright star at night,
I always dreamed it would be this way.
For I now find sweet melodies alive in my heart,
As I find my spirit renewed this special day.
And around me I hear many spirits voices,
As they gather around me to heartily sing.
Because I stand among them no longer afflicted,
By all those past memories of worldly pains.

Tears threatened to spill out as i read what Wendell wrote ..how comforting to know up there is a star shining sparkling happy contented and it is someone who was so close to us….
Wendell is an angel
I felt the same way when I first read this, Soma, and I know Mom is shining up above, sparkly, as ever! Wendell is an angel and my family was just so touched by his gift…xoxo

Yes, I have–he does have a beautiful faith, as well as poetic gift!
I can tell that I’m far from alone in finding so much comfort at sensing lost loved ones still around, among and in us. Thank goodness our love is not limited by the three dimensions we spend the greater part of our time occupying.
xo
No, you’re definitely not alone and you are completely right about the goodness of our love not being limited…Hugs!
